Scholarship Bulletin

Youth on Course-$4,000-$20,000 scholarships available.  To be considered you must be a high school senior with a minimum GPA of 3.00 must be accepted at a four year college/university, you need to be a member of Youth on Course ($20 for a membership).  Scholarships are both need and merit based.  Apply online at  Application deadline is February 17, 2020.


Asian Pacific Fund-10 scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $20,000.  Current high school seniors can apply, can be of any ethnic background.  Must plan to be enrolled full time in the fall in college. Minimum GPA of 3.0 and be a US Citizen or permanent resident.  Applications are online at  Application deadline is March 2, 2020.

Friends of the California State Fair-14 different scholarships available.  Varying eligibility requirements. Apply online at  Application deadline is March 3, 2020.


California Assoc. Of Winegrape Growers-$2,000 and $8,000 scholarships available for students-parent or legal guardian must be employed by a wine grape grower.  You can study the subject of your choice. Applications available online at  Application deadline is March 6, 2020.


Julia Millon Memorial Scholarship-$1,500 scholarship for a senior from Winters High School.  Must have at least a 2.5 GPA, planning on attending a four-year college/university, community college, vocational, trade or technical school, demonstrate financial need (copy of FAFSA or SAR). Online application can be found at click on STUDENTS then click on FIND SCHOLARSHIPS.  Application deadline is March 6, 2020.


Sacramento Region Community Foundation-Roughly 28 different scholarships with different requirements.  Apply online at  Application due date March 6, 2020.


Italian Catholic Federation-Scholarship for a graduating senior with a GPA of at least 3.20 and meet all of the requirements in either #1 or #2 1).  Are Roman Catholic and of Italian Descent and live within the Roman Catholic Dioceses of California or 2). If either Roman Catholic parent, guardian or grandparent is a member of the Italian Catholic Federation, the student must be Roamn Catholic but need not be of Italian Descent.  Apply online at  Application deadline is March 15, 2020.
