Scholarship Bulletin

Progress View Farms-$1,000 scholarship for a Winters High School senior planning on attending a community college, first generation college student, family work history in agriculture.  Applications will be sent out as an attachment on the scholarship bulletin.  Applications due to Marcella no later than 11:00 am on Thursday, May 28, 2020. 

 

Yolo County Fallen Peace Officers Memorial-$1,500 scholarship for a graduating senior with an interest in pursuing a career in Law Enforcement (or a related field).  Paper applications are available in the counseling office. Applications due no later than May 31, 2020.

 

PB&J Scholarship-$500-$1,000 scholarship for students who have experienced challenges in their life and who have the drive to succeed.  Apply at http://bit.ly/pbjscholars2020 Application deadline is May 31, 2020.

 

Mexican Open Scholarship-$500-$2,000 scholarship for a graduating senior.  Must have at least a 3.00 GPA, proven exceptional academic performance with recognition of academic excellence, strong and consistent community involvement.  Applications will be attached to the Scholarship Bulletin.  Applications must be submitted to mexicanopen@yahoo.com or mailed to 537 Maybeck Ct. Vacaville, Ca. 95688 no later than June 1, 2020.

 

Winters Music Boosters-two $500 scholarships to deserving seniors who have participated in either high school choir or band for a minimum of three years.  Application attached to Scholarship Bulletin email.  Application deadline is June 4, 2020.

SAT test dates through June 2020 have been cancelled by the College Board.  Next test is currently scheduled for August.
