Students and Families: Please contact the School Nurse if your student has any food allergies or if your student will require any medication (prescription and over-the-counter) while at school. There are forms to be filled out by your doctor in order for your student to have their medication at school. Forms are available here, at the school office, or can be emailed to you as well.
